I was so happy to find this place! It was my border collies first time boarding (he's 6) and I was concerned he'd be scared. He walked right in and went back to the kennels like a boss! It made me feel good that the family stays right there on the property and I was able to message them when I was feeling nervous. Very clean kennels. Zeke was happy and content when we came to pick him up. Thanks for taking such good care of Zman!
Happy Pups really returns happy pups. Both my pups were noticeably comfortable when we arrived for drop off and pick up a week later. A completely different experience for them and myself from the previous kennel. Happy Pups is our new choice when we need someone to care for our pets the way we do while away.
Have been nothing but super impressed with this kennel's facilities! Super easy to work with and always friendly, attentive staff waiting for us whether dropping off or picking up on any given time on a Sunday... and always eager to know how our weekends have gone! Have been taking our puppy, "Kodak", there since he was 4 months old and he absolutely loves it - he acts like it's home each time we've dropped him off! Thanks so much for everything that you do - you guys are so much more appreciated than you know by our family!...
Very happy with our experience with Happy Pups Bed and Biscuit. We left our 4 month old in their care. Impressed with how clean the environment was and I love the individual doggy doors with separate runs. I liked that they posted pictures of our girl to let us see she was doing ok. The family all were friendly and easy to make arrangements with for drop off and pick up. Thank you for taking good care of our baby girl, we will be back.
Took our Sarge there for a weekend stay and loved this place. VERY clean, I was so impressed with that. And they fit us in at the last minute as it was spring break for all the schools. So there were a lot of dogs there. We will definetly be taking Sarge back there. I have found a new spa for him. 🙂
Very happy with the way Roxy was taken care of. She has never been in a kennel so we were worried. So many friends recommend to come here, so glad we did. We went on back to back trips and never did we worry. Very clean environment, caring people and she was well taken care of. Will definitely go back .
